We are completely reliant on public and corporate donations to allow us to get our much needed service to the people who need it most.  We are a small charity with a huge demand for support, the last thing we want to do is say we can’t help a parent in desperate need of help.

Organisations supporting Harry’s Pals are provided with a great opportunity to reach new audiences, create great PR and engage staff (to name a few benefits).

Here are a few ways in which your organisation can help:

Take on a challenge

Taking on a challenge to raise funds for Harry’s Pals on behalf of your organisation is a great way to raise funds. In the past CEO’s have learnt to horse ride in a day, HR directors have jumped out of planes and Admin assistants have cycled across the breadth of the country. Whatever challenge you decide to take on make sure to get your company behind you to help raise as much money as possible.

Make a corporate donation 

Your company or organisation could make a simple donation to Harry’s Pals, helping us to offer more support to families in desperate need of help. When gross donations are made payable in this way your organisation is eligible for tax relief at your corporate rate when completing your tax return.

Run your own fundraising event

A great way to help us to raise awareness and funds for Harry’s Pals (whilst having fun) is to organise a fundraising event. This type of fundraising is a great way to get everyone involved, whether it be colleagues, clients, customers or suppliers, friends or family. These events do often require quite a bit of organising but can be great for staff morale, encouraging teamwork, company image and giving back to the local community.

Corporate sponsorship

By sponsoring a Harry’s Pals event you will not only be helping us to improve the income generated by the event but you will benefit from the PR exposure generated through our marketing activities. Talk to us about events that we have coming up or any ideas you might have that you would be willing to sponsor.

Get talking

The easiest way to get people interested in helping Harry’s Pals is to tell people about what a worthy cause we are . Talking to friends, family, colleagues and just about anyone willing to listen is the best way to help us create awareness. Although talking in itself will not raise money it should hopefully encourage others to want to help fundraise for Harry’s Pals in the future.
