Role: Communications and Fundraising Officer
Location: Daventry office (NN11 3DD) | Part-time (18 hrs/week) | £32,500 pro rata | Permanent
Are you passionate about making a real difference in families’ lives? Do you thrive on connection, creativity, and community?
Harry’s Pals is a small but growing charity supporting parents whose children have just received a life-changing diagnosis of serious illness or disability. We’re expanding – and we’re looking for someone special to help us increase our reach and raise vital funds.
In this role, you will:

Create engaging content and grow our social media presence

Build and support a community of parents who need emotional support

Plan and deliver fundraising and awareness events

Represent the charity at events and build relationships with supporters and partners
We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised, proactive, and passionate
-
Skilled in social media, communications, and community engagement

Empathetic and motivated to make a difference

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Desirable experience includes:

Charity fundraising or a relevant qualification

Lived experience as a parent of a disabled or seriously ill child
